How to Sharpen a small blade
Put YAMATO stone holder or wet cloth on flat place and YAMATO on it.
Splash some water on the surface of YAMATO before using (No need to soak into water)
Put knife's edge at keeping the appropriate angle on YAMATO.
Start sharpening and finish when BURR comes out. BURR, metal ridge left on edge within 1.0 mm is the sign of sharpening correctly.
Sharpen the whole knife's edge, according to your knife's shape.
For double bevel knife, sharpen the opposite side as well.
After sharpening, remove BURR.
Wash by water and store at place away from direct sunlight after drying.
