This model is made of ALL VG-1 Stainless Steel with Professional Octagonal "Buffalo Horn Handle". Mono Steel Blade type.
WA Gyuto means the knives in combination of the Western type blade with Japanese Professional Handle(Known as "Buffalo Horn Handle"), normally used for Japanese Traditional Knives, such as Deba, Yanagiba,etc.
Kiritsuke Style Gyuto is applicable for multiple objects from Meats to Vegetables, together with delicate work at the tip of the blade.Traditional Octagonal Handle is easy to use for every users.
