Aogami Super/Yasuki Blue Steel, Japanese Style Chef's Gyuto
This model is made of Aogami Super(Yasuki Blue Steel) at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel(known as "Warikomi method"), with traditional Octagonal Wood Handle.
WA Gyuto means the knives in combination of the Western type blade with Japanese Professional Handle(Known as "Buffalo Horn Handle"), normally used for Japanese Traditional Knives, such as Deba, Yanagiba,etc.
