Molybdenum Steel, Gyuto 210 mm antibacterial PC Handle
This model is totally solved the corrosion problems in the Handle,while maintaining the conventional style of Japanese Knives. A special designed resin is employed to retain the feeling of a conventional wood handle, and further comfort when gripping the handle is pursued.
The cutting part is manufactured from Molybdenum Stainless Steel, which is resistant to rust, and its blade sharpening is carefully performed one by one by craftsmen with traditional skills inherited in Sakai/Osaka,Japan.
