Aogami Super Black Finish Kengata Gyuto 190 mm
This model is made of Aogami Super (Yasuki Blue Steel) at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel (Known as "Warikomi method") with Octagonal Zelkova Wood Handle(with Brown Bolster).
Kengata (Sword shape) means the blade tip is extremely sharp and slanted like Japanese Sword or Kiritsuke Style blade, suitable for delicate work. Excellent in appearance, too.
